Common use of Work Continuation and Payment Clause in Contracts

Work Continuation and Payment. It is understood and agreed that any controversy between the parties shall not be deemed a basis to delay or suspend the work, unless directed otherwise by Robovent. Subcontractor agrees that notwithstanding any disputes hereunder, it all times will to continue performance of the Work and shall proceed in accordance with the directives of Robovent, under protest if so stated in writing, in the event of a dispute or controversy. Failure to so proceed shall constitute a material breach of the Subcontract, regardless of the ultimate decision on the dispute.
