Common use of Work Cycles Clause in Contracts

Work Cycles. 29.4.1 Those employees who are currently working a nine-day fortnight as provided or in Clause 19.1.1 of this Agreement shall continue to be entitled to Rostered Days Off. Days spent on bushfire fighting will be deemed to be normal workdays for the purposes of accumulating Rostered Days Off. 29.4.2 Employees required for bushfire fighting on a Rostered Day Off shall be entitled to a substitute day, to be taken at a time agreed between the employer and the employee and shall be paid the bushfire rate for all hours worked on that day.
