WORK DIRECTIVE. Supplemental drawings or instructions, which may be issued as necessary from time to time to make clear or define in greater detail the intent of the drawings and SPECIFICATIONS. A CHANGE ORDER shall accompany a WORK DIRECTIVE if extra cost and/or time are known to be involved.
WORK DIRECTIVE. 17.01 No employee shall be required to move a piano from one (1) level in a school to another, nor shall an employee be requested to move a piano from one (1) room to another without assistance. 17.02 All employees as classified in this Agreement shall perform the duties reasonably required of them by the Division with the provision, however, that no Caretaker shall be required to maintain order and/or discipline in any school building.
WORK DIRECTIVE. A Work Directive is a unilateral written order issued by the City directing Contractor to continue performance of the Work or to perform a disputed change in the Work prior to agreement or adjustment, if any, in the Contract Sum, Contract Time, or both.
WORK DIRECTIVE. The parties agree that the Registered Nurse shall have authority, subordinate to the nurse in charge, Nurse Manager and Shift Manager, for directing the work of the auxiliary personnel, licensed practical nurses, aides, technicians, clerks and other personnel in the nursing department.

  • CHANGE DIRECTIVE A Change Directive means a written instruction, which shall be deemed incorporated into and forming part of the Agreement, prepared by the Contract Administrator and signed by the Owner directing the Contractor to proceed with a change in the Work prior to or in the absence of the Owner and the Contractor agreeing upon adjustments in the Contract Price and the Contract Time.

  • Site Safety Supervisor 62.1 On every job site, where the Employer is the principal contractor it shall appoint a management representative responsible for safety (Site Safety Supervisor). The Employer will ensure the Site Safety Supervisor has the necessary authority to ensure that all safety laws, procedures or Codes of Practice are observed, and that the following Safety Agreement is applied. 62.2 The Employer when appointing the person appointed as the Site Safety Supervisor must ensure that person has and maintainsthe appropriate experience and knowledge of the safety requirements of the work being performed. Other duties may be assigned by the Employer to a Site Safety Supervisor, provided that such duties shall not prevent him/her from exercising their duties as a Site Safety Supervisor.

  • WORK BY SUPERVISORS Supervisors and all other excluded employees will not work on any job for which rates are established by this agreement, except for the purpose of instruction, experimenting, safety or environ- mental reasons or when regular employees are not available.
