Work Done By Others. If any part of the Material or Services provided under this Agreement is dependent upon work done by others, Supplier shall inspect and promptly report to AT&T any defect that renders such other work unsuitable for Supplier’s proper performance. Supplier’s silence shall constitute Supplier’s understanding and belief that performance of the Work will comply with the requirements of this Agreement. Supplier shall be entirely responsible for all persons furnished by Supplier working in harmony with all others when working on AT&T’s premises or at any other location while performing subcontracted Services under this agreement for AT&T.
