Work Expectations. 26.1 Employee workloads and work assignments shall be fair and reasonable.
Work Expectations. You enter into this agreement knowing that there will be no modification to your workload or job expectations to accommodate an alternative work schedule. As such, if the City determines that this program is detrimental to your performance or negatively impacting job expectations, it may be terminated with a ten (10) day minimum notice.

Work Expectations. The Contractor shall provide all things necessary for and incidental to the following:
4.1. Prior to the completion of HCA’s post-IBHTF RFP, the Contractor shall:
4.1.1. Establish and maintain a coalition of voluntary participants to include, but are not limited to the following:
4.1.1.1. Discharge Planners for:
a. Behavioral health outpatient facilities, and
b. Residential/inpatient facilities.
4.1.1.2. Young Adult housing programs;
4.1.1.3. Young Adults with lived experience of Unaccompanied Homelessness and/or Housing Instability;
4.1.1.4. Young Adults with lived experience of behavioral health conditions;
4.1.1.5. Community housing providers;
4.1.1.6. Federally recognized Tribes within Washington or organizations that serve American Indians and Alaska Natives in Washington;
4.1.1.7. Inpatient behavioral health Discharge Planners; and
4.1.1.8. Other components, as approved by the HCA Contract Manager.
4.1.2. Schedule, convene, and facilitate coalition meetings, to include but not limited to, the following:
4.1.2.1. To occur monthly, beginning in the first (1st) full month following Contract execution, with the exception of August and December, and through the period of performance of this Contract.
Work Expectations. Employees workloads and work assignments shall be fair and reasonable. For employees who are not at the top wage rates, the workload and assignment expectations shall be commensurate with hours of experience.
Work Expectations. Consistent with this agreement, the employee pledges to make every good-faith effort to perform the work required as a teleworker in a proactive, professional manner, maintaining the standard of quality and service established by the County. The employee agrees to follow required work schedules and procedures as outlined by the County and Elected Official and/or Department Head.

4.2. Prior to opening the facility, the Facility Contractor shall:
4.2.1. Attend regular meetings scheduled by the Transition Support Provider;
4.2.2. Implement guidance from the Transition Support Provider;
4.2.3. Meet Department of Health licensing requirements and progress towards obtaining licensure and certification, including, but not limited to a conditional use permit, if applicable.
4.2.4. Organize services to be provided, including, but not limited to:
4.2.4.1. Compliance with ASAM criteria and expectations, Fourth Edition, Adolescent Volume 2024;
4.2.4.2. Staffing;
a. Recruit and hire qualified staff for the transitional post- IBHTF discharge housing facility that meet qualifications set out in the in Section 2.1 of the IBHTF Services Toolkit.
b. Engage in outreach activities to recruit, and hire or subcontract with professionals, providers, counselors, and support staff to provide quality provision of services and ensure sufficient staffing is available to maintain the minimum staffing requirements.
c. Ensure all professionals, providers, counselors, and support staff employed are appropriately trained, qualified, and/or credentialed for the duration of their employment as it relates to this Contract.
d. Confirm that all staff have signed code of conduct agreements, in accordance with Section 4.1.5, Policies and Procedures.
4.2.4.3. Intake;
4.2.4.4. Subcontracts for clinical services;
4.2.4.5. Core psychosocial rehabilitation services;
4.2.4.6. Safety and security;
4.2.4.7. Rights protection;
4.2.4.8. Community integration;
4.2.4.9. Person-centered planning;
4.2.4.10. Discharge and transition to the community;
4.2.4.11. Other components, as approved by the HCA Contract Manager.
4.2.5. Provide draft policies and procedures to the HCA Contract Manager via email for written approval, to include but not limited for:
4.2.5.1. Discharge of any Individual prior to identifying safe and stable housing;
4.2.5.2. Individual appeals;
