Work Hours and Noise Sample Clauses

The 'Work Hours and Noise' clause sets specific limitations on when construction or related activities can occur and the acceptable levels of noise during those times. Typically, it defines permissible working hours—such as weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.—and may restrict noisy operations to certain periods or require compliance with local noise ordinances. This clause helps minimize disturbances to occupants, neighbors, or the public, ensuring that construction activities do not cause undue inconvenience or violate local regulations.
