WORK IN THE RAIN. Where an employee is required to perform work in the rain and by so doing gets their clothing wet, the employee shall be paid double rates for all work so performed. Such payment shall continue until the employee finishes work or until the clothing dries or is able to be changed, whichever is earlier.

WORK IN THE RAIN. Where an employee is required to perform work in the rain and by so doing gets their clothing clothes wet, the employee they shall be paid double rates for all work so performed. Such payment shall continue until the employee finishes such time as they finish work or until the clothing dries or is are able to change into dry clothing: Provided that employees entitled to payment under clause 5.3.2 shall not be changed, whichever is earlierentitled to payment under clause 5.3.1.
