Work of Improvement. The Building and Demised Premises shall be improved and delivered by Lessor to Lessee according to the building standards and specifications of Exhibit "B" and the Site Plan ("Lessor's Work"). Lessee shall have the right to review and approve the design and specifications for Lessor's Work at all stages of development, including (a) the initial design and schematic plans and (b) final plans and specifications and construction drawings ("Construction Documents"). As used herein, Lessor's Work shall include the access road work described in Paragraph 1.
