Work Order Creation. As a Buyer, you are obliged to complete the transaction with OrderWork if you: Confirm in writing, by email or via the OrderWork website, that you wish to proceed with a Work Order, and a Supplier in turn accepts and incurs costs associated with it. In the event that a Work Order is cancelled after acceptance, the Work Order may be subject to a cancellation fee if the Supplier or OrderWork has already incurred costs associated with the Work Order at the time of cancellation. If the Services that you buy are set to allow it, then the data entry on our portal may be performed by your End Users. This may be via a voucher service or other agreed method of approval for us to supply service to you.

Work Order Creation. If the Judicial Council intends to accept the Contractor Proposal and proceed with the Project, the Project Manager will create a Work Order in CAFM and populate the Contractor Proposal with a unique Work Order number for that Project. The Services Request and accepted Contractor Proposal for the applicable Project will be uploaded to CAFM.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • CONTRACT CREATION / EXECUTION Except for contracts governed by Article 11-B of the State Finance Law, subject to and upon receipt of all required approvals as set forth in the Bid Specifications a Contract shall be deemed executed and created with the successful Bidder(s), upon the Commissioner’s mailing or electronic communication to the address on the Bid/Contract of: (i) the final Contract Award Notice; (ii) a fully executed Contract; or (iii) a Purchase Order authorized by the Commissioner.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.

  • Work Orders If the Contract is for indefinite quantities of Services, as specified in the Signature Document, all Work will be performed in accordance with properly executed Work Orders.

  • Statements of Work 3.1 Each Statement of Work shall be agreed in the following manner: (a) the Customer shall ask the Supplier to provide any or all of the Available Services and provide the Supplier with as much information as the Supplier reasonably requests in order to prepare a draft Statement of Work for the Available Services requested; (b) following receipt of the information requested from the Customer the Supplier shall, as soon as reasonably practicable either: (i) inform the Customer that it declines to provide the requested Available Services; or (ii) provide the Customer with a draft Statement of Work. (c) if the Supplier provides the Customer with a draft Statement of Work pursuant to Clause 3.1(b)(ii), the Supplier and the Customer shall discuss and agree that draft Statement of Work; and (d) both parties shall sign the draft Statement of Work when it is agreed. 3.2 Unless otherwise agreed, the SoW Charges shall be calculated in accordance with the Reference Charges. 3.3 The Supplier may charge for the preparation of Statements of Work on a time and materials basis in accordance with the Supplier’s daily fee rates as set out in Schedule 3. 3.4 Once a Statement of Work has been agreed and signed in accordance with Clause 3.1(d), no amendment shall be made to it except in accordance with Clause 8 (Change control) or Clause 19 (Variation). 3.5 Each Statement of Work shall be part of this agreement and shall not form a separate contract to it.
