WORK PERMITS AND VISAS. TCS will make commercially reasonable efforts (including financial responsibility where ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ had financial responsibility prior to the Effective Date) for managing the process of obtaining and completing any applications for work permits or visas required by any Transitioned Employees in connection with their employment with TCS or following the Employment Effective Date and/or maintaining work permits or visas in effect as of the Employment Effective Date. TCS also shall be responsible for completion of Forms I-9 for Transitioned Employees in the United States. TCS’ offer of employment may be subject to the availability of transfer of such individual’s visa (or an appropriate replacement thereof) and the continued availability of such visa.

ARTIST shall provide, in a timely manner, all information requested by PURCHASER for the application process. ARTIST shall provide, in a timely manner, all information requested by PURCHASER for the application process. Conditioned on ARTIST"S prompt attention to PURCHASER'S request for information, if PURCHASER fails to secure visas or permits thirty (30) days prior to the ARTIST'S scheduled departure for the country/city of the engagements, ARTIST shall not be required to attempt such travel, and PURCHASER shall remain liable to ARTIST for the full fee herein provided (and provided in any other agreements with ARTIST) and any amounts otherwise payable as a matter of law.
WORK PERMITS AND VISAS. Purchaser shall be solely responsible for procuring and paying for, at no cost to Artist, all work permits and visas required for the engagement. Failure to procure such work permits and visas or provide necessary documentation to obtain them will be deemed a material breach of this Agreement, and Artist (i) will be relieved of any further obligations Artist may have pursuant to this Agreement; (ii) shall have the right to retain all monies previously paid by Purchaser; and (iii) shall be entitled to exercise all rights and remedies otherwise available to Artist at law, in equity or otherwise as if Artist has fully performed all obligations under this Agreement. Artist agrees to provide all personal information reasonably required in order to enable Purchaser to procure such work permits and visas. CONFIDENTIALITY: Purchaser understands and agrees that no information regarding show grosses or attendance will be reported to any third party without the express prior written permission of Artist or Artist's representative. Failure to comply will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement, and Artist reserves all rights and remedies available to Artist at law, in equity or otherwise. Under no circumstance is Purchaser to announce or advertise the engagement without the prior written approval of Artist or Artist's representative.
WORK PERMITS AND VISAS. PURCHASER agrees to procure, at PURCHASER’S sole expense, for ARTISTS and company, all necessary visas, work permits, and other documents of any nature whatsoever necessary, or usually obtained to enable ARTISTS to render its services hereunder.

  • Work Permits The Executive shall use his reasonable best efforts to obtain, maintain and renew a suitable (for the purposes of the Executive's contemplated employment by the Company) work permit by the Bermuda government authorities and any other permits required by any Bermuda government authority. The Company shall be responsible for permit fees, and all other expenses, including legal expenses, in connection with obtaining and maintaining such work permit.

  • Permits and Licenses The Contractor shall observe and comply with all laws, rules, and regulations affecting services under this Agreement. The Contractor shall procure and keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement all permits and licenses necessary to accomplish the Work contemplated in this Agreement.

  • PARKING PERMITS A. Must be obtained on the day of move in. B. Towing charges resulting from violations will be the responsibility of the RESIDENT. C. Any form of duplication of parking permits is a violation of the LEASE AGREEMENT, and may be grounds for eviction. Note: Refer to Resident Handbook for further detail.

  • Compliance with Laws, Contracts, Licenses, and Permits The Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors will comply in all respects with (i) all applicable laws and regulations now or hereafter in effect wherever its business is conducted, (ii) the provisions of its corporate charter, partnership agreement, limited liability company agreement or declaration of trust, as the case may be, and other charter documents and bylaws, (iii) all agreements and instruments to which it is a party or by which it or any of its properties may be bound, (iv) all applicable decrees, orders, and judgments, and (v) all licenses and permits required by applicable laws and regulations for the conduct of its business or the ownership, use or operation of its properties, except where a failure to so comply with any of clauses (i) through (v) could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. If any authorization, consent, approval, permit or license from any officer, agency or instrumentality of any government shall become necessary or required in order that the Borrower or their respective Subsidiaries may fulfill any of its obligations hereunder, the Borrower or such Subsidiary will immediately take or cause to be taken all steps necessary to obtain such authorization, consent, approval, permit or license and furnish the Agent and the Lenders with evidence thereof, except where the failure to obtain the foregoing could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. The Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors shall develop and implement such programs, policies and procedures as are necessary to comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering Laws and shall promptly advise Agent in writing in the event that the Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors shall determine that any investors in Borrower are in violation of such act.

  • Compliance with Laws; Licenses and Permits The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, regulations, and resolutions. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all licenses and permits necessary to perform the scope of services, at the Contractor’s expense, unless specifically stated otherwise in this Agreement.
