Work Practices. Seller Representatives shall not work more than 12 consecutive hours and there shall be a minimum of 10 hours between shifts. In addition, Seller Representatives shall not work more than six consecutive days, and/or 80 hours. The Elk Ridge OATR may periodically audit Seller Representatives time cards to ensure this rule is being adhered to.
