Work Refusal. The Employer will follow the provision regarding Work Refusal as provided for in the Occupational Health and Safety Act. L25.04 Violence in the Workplace Any incident of violence shall be reported on an Accident/Investigation Report Form and forwarded to the attention of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee.
