Work Schedule Change. A change in work schedules is defined as a modification of a unit member’s start and stop time, without a change in the number of daily assigned hours. Any work schedule changes, whether temporary or permanent shall be documented. The original copy will be placed in the member’s personnel file and one copy will be kept in the member’s supervisor’s file and one copy will be given to the unit member.
