Work Schedules and Shifts. Note: Article 11 is not applicable to EMS; it is combined with Article 10 in EMS Local Conditions (Page 213) 11.01 An employee shall be aware that they may be required to work various shifts throughout the twenty-four (24) hour day and the seven (7) days of the week. The first (1st) shift of the working day shall be the one wherein the majority of hours worked fall between twenty-four hundred (2400) and zero eight hundred (0800) hours.
