Common use of Work Space Clause in Contracts

Work Space. 11.2.1 The District is committed to providing a workspace which is safe, ensures confidentiality, and provides resources necessary for the nature of the employment and assigned duties and location. The District is committed to providing a safe and supportive workplace which is conducive to student learning. The District and unit members may jointly develop student disciplinary rules and procedures to meet each school's particular needs consistent with law, Board policy, and district regulations. The District will support unit members in remediating issues which interfere with safe work environments.
