Work to Continue Clause Samples
The "Work to Continue" clause requires that, even if a dispute arises or certain issues are under negotiation, the contractor or service provider must proceed with their obligations under the contract without interruption. In practice, this means that ongoing work, deliveries, or services should not be halted due to disagreements or pending claims, unless specifically instructed otherwise by the client or an authorized party. This clause ensures that project timelines are maintained and prevents unnecessary delays, thereby protecting both parties from the risks and costs associated with work stoppages during disputes.
