WORK TOOLS Clause Samples
The WORK TOOLS clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the tools and equipment used to perform work under the contract. Typically, it specifies whether the contractor or the client is responsible for providing, maintaining, and insuring the necessary tools, and may outline requirements for returning tools in good condition or restrictions on their use. This clause ensures clarity about ownership, liability, and proper use of work tools, thereby preventing disputes and misunderstandings related to equipment during the course of the project.
