Common use of WORKING CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

WORKING CONDITIONS. 10.01 The Union will co-operate with the Employer in maintaining good working conditions. 10.02 The Employer agrees that it will not change conditions of employment or working conditions as a result of the signing of this Agreement.
