WORKING OFF SITE. When an employee who normally works at job sites in the ▇▇▇ Arbor area is required to work at a job site outside of the ▇▇▇ Arbor area, the Plant Department Building, Hospital, Arbor Lakes or other maintenance service center on the ▇▇▇ Arbor campus will be the designated place for starting and quitting, unless the employee lives closer to that job site than to these designated places or otherwise requests and is permitted to start and quit at that job site.

WORKING OFF SITE. When authorized in writing by their administrative supervisor and the VP of Administration and Human Resources or designee, bargaining unit members may occasionally perform work remotely. In emergency situations authorization may be granted verbally with written authorization furnished retroactively.

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Also referred to as Project Site, Job Site and Premises.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for: (a) acquiring and providing Right of Way on the Site in accordance with the alignment finalised by the Authority, free from all encroachments and encumbrances, and free access thereto for the execution of this Agreement; and (b) obtaining licences and permits for environment clearance for the Project Highway.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.
