Common use of Working on a Holiday Clause in Contracts

Working on a Holiday. In the event an employee is required to work a regular shift on a holiday, the employee shall receive time and one-half (1½) for all hours worked plus the holiday pay.

In the event an An employee is required to work a regular shift on a holidayholiday shall receive, the employee shall receive in addition to his/her holiday pay, time and one-half (1½1.5) for all hours worked.
