Working Out of Range. 10.11.1 An employee assigned to perform the duties of a higher pay range bargaining unit position for more than fifty percent (50%) of the hours will be paid at the corresponding range and step. That affords a pay increase of not less than fifty cents ($.50) per hour for all of the time worked in the higher pay range position. Such assignment will not exceed the normal work year of the employee.
