Common use of WORKING PRACTICES Clause in Contracts

WORKING PRACTICES. (a) It is the intent of the Parties to this Collective Agreement to conduct a safe operation. (b) Working practices shall be governed by the regulations of the province of British Columbia insofar as they apply. (c) No employee shall undertake any work which they deem to be unsafe. Such incidents must be immediately reported, and investigated by the local management in consultation with the applicable regulatory body.
