Common use of Working Schedules Clause in Contracts

Working Schedules. An employee’s working schedule shall not be altered without the consent of the employee unless the change is a regular schedule change and the employee has been given at least ten (10) working days’ notice from June 15 to August 15, and five (5) working days from August 16-June 14. Notice may be waived or the number of days reduced if the employee and the supervisor agree. The Association will be notified of all scheduled changes.
