Working Schedules. The Employer will post and publish master schedules for all employees. The Employer shall provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice when changing the master schedule. Once posted, the schedule shall not be changed except by mutual agreement between the Supervisor and the employees affected. The Employer shall provide not less than forty- eight (48) hours’ notice of a change in a shift schedule; however, the parties agree that this provision will not apply in the case of an emergency. It is the responsibility of the employee to check posted schedules and record the shifts for which they are responsible. The following conditions shall apply to scheduling: (a) Employees will not be scheduled to work more than six (6) consecutive days. (b) At least eleven (11) hours off will be scheduled between shifts for employees. (c) Split shifts will not be scheduled.
