Workload Complaints. 1. Either the Union or the Home may submit a complaint in writing relating to workload to the Labour Management Committee. In this regard, workload complaint means the assignment to an individual employee or group of employees of a resident or residents that is not consistent with proper resident care. 2. The written workload complaint, to the extent possible, should be detailed as to facts and reasons. The complaint should be submitted at least one (1) week before the meeting of the labour Management Committee. 3. The written workload complaint must constitute an agenda item for discussion at the meeting of the Labour Management Committee. 4. Both the written complaint and the written response shall be attached to and form part of the minutes of the Labour Management Committee where the complaint was discussed.
