Workplace Change. 32.1 Employees and, where they choose, a nominated representative, will be provided with opportunities to provide timely input into the decision making processes of the Centre. 32.2 The provisions of this clause apply to the introduction of a major change that is likely to result in significant effect on Employees within the Centre. 32.3 Major change is likely to have significant effect on Employees if it results in: redundancy; changed hours of operation; a change to the composition, operation or size of the Centre’s workforce or in the skills required where this will have a material impact on the day to day work practices of Employees; job structuring, technological or structural change where this will have a material impact on the day to day work practices of Employees; or changes to Employer policies and procedures which have a significant and material impact on the Centre. Provided that where this Agreement makes provision for variation of any of these matters the variation is deemed not to have significant effect.
