Common use of Works to be executed Clause in Contracts

Works to be executed. i. Licensee shall be required to execute all works as required for the commercial use in the Licensed Space(s) without damaging any loads bearing / structural members and any services / utility etc. The works to be executed by Licensee shall include but shall not be limited to the following: a. To complete the following construction work associated with the licensed space/s within moratorium period - ▪ All external/internal finishing works including walls, internal partitions, doors, flooring, plastering, painting etc. ▪ make necessary arrangement for Drinking Water. ▪ Make necessary arrangement for distribution of electricity within the PB space.
