Written Findings. (i) Within six months of the Effective Date, JCMSC shall revise its policies, procedures, and practices to require Juvenile Court Magistrates to produce court orders containing written findings of fact for each judicial decision made. (ii) The written findings of fact shall include the relevant statutory requirements, the legal reasoning that formed the basis for the court’s decision, and a narrative of the facts that the Juvenile Court Magistrate considered in reaching its conclusion.
Written Findings. Any findings against a faculty member resulting in or as a part of a disciplinary action, shall be reduced to writing, signed by the individual(s) making said charge, and made available to the faculty member at or before the meeting/hearing.
Written Findings. Seattle shall provide Kirkland with a detailed written investigative report of Seattle’s findings (“Written Findings”) for each ethics investigation conducted by Seattle. The level of detail in such report shall be commensurate with the complexity of the matter at issue, whether a violation of the Code of Ethics is found to have occurred, and the severity of the violation found. Written Findings involving a violation of the Code of Ethics shall provide sufficient detail to provide the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ City Council with the necessary information to make an informed and defensible decision regarding the appropriate action to take.

  • Written Warning If the employee again commits the same or similar violation within the specified period (or possibly an unrelated infraction), the employee will be given a written warning which will be placed on his/her personnel file. The employee will be told that if any further misconduct occurs, the employee will be disciplined again, more severely.
