Written Performance Evaluations. 11.1.1 Each unit member shall be evaluated in writing on the approved County Superintendent of Schools form by the Principal/Program Manager or designee. Probationary teachers shall be evaluated at least once each year. Permanent teachers who meet standards in all areas of the evaluation document will be evaluated every two years. Certificated evaluations will be completed by February 1 of each school year.

Permanent teachers Teachers/Specialists who have been employed by the County Superintendent for more than three (3) years and who meet standards in all areas of the evaluation document will be evaluated every two years. Certificated evaluations will be completed by February 1 of each school year.
