Common use of Written Policies Clause in Contracts

Written Policies. For the purposes of clarification concerning a specific written policy which affects employees within the C.U.P.E. bargaining unit, the President of the Union may request in writing a copy of said policy from the Human Resources Department. In addition, a copy of any new or amended Human Resources written policy that directly affects employees within the bargaining unit, will be provided the Union President.
