Common use of Written Program Clause in Contracts

Written Program. BUYER shall maintain, for all Blend-Grade Gasoline purchased under this Addendum and all resulting Blended Product, an oversight program to ensure fuel quality and safety and to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
