Common use of Written Records Clause in Contracts

Written Records. If an employee has a deficiency of such magnitude that a written record is made of it, the employee and the Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be provided with a copy of the report. An employee’s records will be examined annually by the administration and a notation will be made on any record of deficiency that has been satisfactorily corrected. Uncorrected deficiencies will be called to the attention of the employee and the Union in writing. Reasonable time and assistance will be granted for the correction of deficiencies. An employee who fails to correct deficiencies will be asked to resign or be discharged.
