Written Warnings. Written warnings will include: (a) issues of concern; (b) the standards of improvement required; (c) the timeframe for any improvement to be met; (d) if it is a final written warning, that failure to meet the standards of improvement required may lead to dismissal; and (e) the date and time that the warning is issued.
