You authorise us to a. give you a single Confirmation for a series of Transactions rather than individual Confirmations for each Transaction in the series; and b. accumulate Transactions in a particular security across multiple exchanges on a single Confirmation and specify the volume weighted average price for those Transactions (Authorisation).
You authorise us to. (a) disclose to any person the fact that all or part of the Merchant Agreement has been terminated; (b) disclose information concerning the termination and reasons for termination of all or part of the Merchant Agreement to any credit provider, credit reference agency or Nominated Card Scheme; and (c) give a banker’s opinion to other financial institutions with whom you may make application for other merchant facilities. You acknowledge that the disclosure of this information may affect your ability to successfully apply for merchant facilities in the future.
You authorise us to. 7.2.1 take all steps as we may deem necessary to verify the Personal Information you submit to us; 7.2.2 retain and process any Personal Information you give to us; 7.2.3 give any confidential information relating to any account operated by you with us for any reason to any person (including, without limitation, any credit bureau) in line with generally accepted banking practice; and 7.2.4 visit your business premises if and when we consider it necessary.

You authorise us to. (a) issue recipient created tax invoices in respect of the introduction by you to us of customers in connection with this agreement, in respect of which we pay you commission (including by way of any agreed bonus based on retail volume, and calculated by reference to any agreed penetration bonus or direct debit incentive). You must not create tax invoices in respect of those supplies.
You authorise us to. (a) destroy your file, including electronic records, after seven years from the completion of the Work; and (b) retain a physical or electronic copy of your file (including any confidential information or intellectual property) if you request the file from us.
You authorise us to. (a) honour all cheques, orders to pay, bills of exchange and promissory notes expressed to be drawn, signed, accepted or made by or on behalf of you, drawn on or addressed to or payable at us and honour any orders to withdraw monies on any Account; and (b) rely, accept and act on: (i) any instruction with regard to the purchase or sale of foreign exchange or in relation to any letter of credit; (ii) the identifying number of any account, intermediary or beneficiary’s bank provided to us; and (iii) on any advice from you regarding monies you expect to be received for credit to an Account.
You authorise us to. (a) collect, retain and use information about you from any person for the purpose of assessing your creditworthiness; (b) disclose information about you: (i) to any person who guarantees, or who provides insurance, or who provides any other credit support, in relation to your obligations to us; (ii) to such persons as may be necessary or desirable to enable us to exercise any power or enforce or attempt to enforce any of our rights, remedies and powers under these Terms.
