You grant to Cupid Media a non‐exclusive licence to utilise your company name and logo and any other associated Intellectual Property Rights, to advertise, market, promote and publicise in any manner your participation in the Affiliate Program. Cupid Media however, is not obliged in any way to be required to advertise, market, promote or publicise you.
