Your Onboarding Responsibilities. You are responsible for providing all necessary information, granting access to your systems, and ensuring the availability of resources and cooperation required to complete the onboarding process efficiently and on time. You acknowledge that your failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in onboarding delays, and such delay will not extend the commencement date of your subscription or reduce your payment obligations.
