9.3 10.4 Our goodwill guarantee. Please note, these terms reflect the goodwill guarantee offered by Leicester Motorhome Hire Limited to its UK customers, which is more generous than your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations in the ways set out below. This goodwill guarantee does not affect your legal rights. 14 day period to change your mind. 14 day period to change your mind; and a right to cancel at no cost if notice is given not less than four weeks before the hire period is due to commence.
10.5 When you don't have the right to change your mind. You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of a hire period which has commenced, even if the cancellation period is still running.
10.6 How long do I have to change my mind? You you have 14 days after the day that we email you to confirm we accept your order. However, once you have collected the Niche Agreement motorhome, you cannot change your mind, even if the period is still running. If you cancel after the hire period has been signed by both parties commenced, you are liable for the hire fee.
10.7 Ending the contract where we are not at fault and there is no right to change your mind.

If you are exercising your not have a right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling (see clause 10.1), you can still end the contract before it is completed, but you may have to pay us compensation. If you want to end a contract before it is completed where we are not at fault and you have not changed your mind mind, just contact us to let us know. 10.8 Such early cancellation fee as calculated in accordance with your bank detailsclause 10.7 above is a genuine pre-estimation of loss taking into account the difficulties surrounding rebooking as a result of cancellations.

(b) 11.2.4 you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we We have done wrong;
(c) you have the legal right to end the contract because of provisions in the Niche Agreement.

9.3 How long 10.4 When Consumers do I not have a right to change my mind? You their minds. Your right as a consumer to change your mind does not apply once a Domain Name has been purchased. This is due to the bespoke nature of Domain Names.
10.5 If you have 14 bought services from us, you will have fourteen (14) days after the day we email you to confirm we accept your order to cancel your order. However, once we have completed the services you cannot change your mind, even if the period is still running. If you cancel after we have started the services, you must pay us for the services provided up until the time you tell us that you have changed your mind.
10.6 Ending the Niche Agreement has been signed by both parties Contract where we are not at fault and there is no right to change your mind.
9.4 How . Even if we are not at fault and you are not a consumer who has a right to change their mind (see Clause 10.1), you can still end the Contract before it is completed, but you may have to pay us compensation. A Contract for services is completed when we have finished providing the services and you have paid for them.
