Zero Liability Protection. Under Visa rules, your liability for unauthorized purchases using your Card Account without a PIN is $0.00 if: (a) your Card Account is in good standing; (b) you have exercised reasonable care in safeguarding your Card Account from unauthorized use (i.e., you did not provide, directly, by implication, or otherwise, the right to use your Card Account and you received no benefit from the “unauthorized” purchase); and (c) you have not reported two (2) or more unauthorized events in the past 12 months.
Zero Liability Protection. With Zero Liability protection, you’ll have no liability for any card transactions that you did not make or authorize, so long as those transactions occurred before the end of the 60-day period described below.
