Zoning and Development. a. Owner hereby consents to zoning the Property as _________________________, as defined by § ___________ of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Municipal Code. Owner acknowledges that ______________ zoning, with its ____________________ means…. b. Owner shall develop the Property in accordance with this Agreement, Town ordinances and regulations and other applicable law. The Town shall allow and permit the development of the Property upon submission of proper application and payment of fees imposed by Town ordinances and regulations. c. Owner shall cause to be created at the time of plat approval a mandatory homeowner's association for the purpose of maintaining those areas described in this Agreement.
