Use/Forfeit. ▇▇▇▇▇ days may be taken at any time; however, the use of a ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ cannot result in overtime on the employee’s shift, and ▇▇▇▇▇ days may not be taken during traditional black-out days. ▇▇▇▇▇ days received in the first half of the year must be used by July 1 of each year or be forfeited. ▇▇▇▇▇ days received in the second half of the year must be used by December 31 of each year or be forfeited, unless cashed out in accordance with Article 3.2.5.3.

  • Covered Termination “Covered Termination” shall mean Executive’s Constructive Termination or the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company other than for Cause.

  • Vacation Credits Upon Death Earned but unused vacation entitlement shall be made payable, upon termination due to death, to the employee's dependent, or where there is no dependent, to the employee's estate.

  • Scheduled Termination Unless previously terminated, the Commitments shall terminate on the Commitment Termination Date.

  • Reinstatement of Vacation Days - Sick Leave In the event an employee is sick or injured prior to the commencement of his/her vacation, such employee shall be granted sick leave and the vacation period so displaced shall be added to the vacation period if requested by the employee and by mutual agreement, or shall be reinstated for use at a later date.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits An employee shall earn vacation leave credits for each calendar month during which the employee receives pay for at least ten (10) days at the following rate:
