Common use of ▇▇▇▇’▇ Project Manager Clause in Contracts

▇▇▇▇’▇ Project Manager. ▇▇▇▇ shall provide the services of the project manager, as proposed during original Request for Proposal selection process. ▇▇▇▇’▇ project manager, if different than designated representative, shall represent ▇▇▇▇ in the absence of ▇▇▇▇’▇ designated representative or alternate, and all directions given to the project manager shall be binding as if given to ▇▇▇▇. Owner may require ▇▇▇▇ to replace the project manager whose conduct or performance is unsatisfactory. ▇▇▇▇ shall not change its project manager without Owner’s consent unless the project manager is unsatisfactory to ▇▇▇▇ or ceases to be in ▇▇▇▇'▇ employ. If ▇▇▇▇’▇ project manager leaves the Project, ▇▇▇▇ shall replace him or her within 24 hours (unless additional time is agreed upon by Owner) with a new, well-qualified project manager acceptable to Owner.
