If this Contract is a prime construction contract in excess of $2,000,000 the Contractor (and its Subcontractors) must comply with the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act (40 USC 3141-3148) as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5, “Labor Standards Provisions Applicable to Contracts Covering Federally Financed and Assisted Construction”), and during performance of this Contract the Contractor agrees as follows:
