▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clause. ‌ The Business Manager may appoint one ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ from within the bargaining unit membership, and immediately notify the employers representative of the selection, whose duty it will be to see to it that this contract is adhered to and that all work coming under the jurisdiction of the Union is performed by employees covered by this Agreement.
