▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Arbitration. proceedings are to be conducted outside student contact hours unless the Superintendent or his/her designee decides to the contrary. Such decision shall be communicated to the grievant and the Association in writing. When grievance meetings and arbitration proceedings are held during school hours, all employees whose presence is required shall be excused, with pay, from their normal duties.
