This Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between the CITY OF SEBASTOPOL, a municipal corporation (“City”), and HIGHWAY PARTNERS LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, SEBASTOPOL INDUSTRIAL PARK, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, and BARLOW STAR, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (collectively “Developer”). City and Developer are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and singularly as “Party.”
