THIS TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT is entered into between Double R & Associates Inc. and Sauk County, a political subdivision of the State of Wisconsin (parties), for mutual consideration, for the purposes and upon the terms and conditions set forth below.
