THIS TEMPORARY ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT is entered into between Double R & Associates Inc. and Sauk County, a political subdivision of the State of Wisconsin (parties), for mutual consideration, for the purposes and upon the terms and conditions set forth below. Recording Area WHEREAS, Double R & Associates Inc. is the owner of tax parcels 034-0772-00000 and 034-0773-00000, described as Lots 25 and 26 of the Bluffview Village Plat; and WHEREAS, Sauk County is the owner of tax parcel 034-0798-00000 described as Outlot 1 of the Bluffview Village Plat; and WHEREAS, Sauk County is constructing a park with playground, paths, plantings, and picnic areas throughout Outlot 1 of the Bluffview Village Plat; and Name and Return Address: WHEREAS, Double R & Associates Inc. and Sauk County desire to establish a temporary access easement across a portion of Lots 25 and 26 of the Bluffview Village Plat for the purpose of providing non-exclusive construction access to Outlot 1 of the Bluffview Vill

Vectren has approached us via a Right of Way Agent to obtain a permanent easement on our North Water Tower Property just off of New Rd. This easement is going to permit Vectren to install a new gas transmission line. I have had our City Engineer and Attorney both review the agreement and proposed payment for the easement. The proposal is acceptable to both Mr. Morelock and Mr. Koch. I would request the Board accept this agreement as presented.
