THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Development Agreement” or this “Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2022 (the “Agreement Date”) by and between the City of Cloverdale, a municipal corporation (“City”), and Coppertower Family Medical Center, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, doing business as Alexander Valley Healthcare (“Developer”). City and Developer are referred to individually as “Party,” and collectively as the “Parties.”
