PROM CONTRACTProm Contract • April 10th, 2016
This contract must be completed in full and presented at the time of ticket purchase for all students intending to bring a nonu Bellaire student or a student that is not a senior to the Bellaire High School Prom. A copy of a current government issued or school photo identification must accompany this contract before tickets can be purchased and must be presented to gain entry at the dance.
