This year, Prom will be held on Friday May 22, at River=s Edge Golf Course in Bancroft. The evening will begin at 8:00 pm and end at 12:00 am, and events for the evening will include dinner and dancing.

● Colonial Forge High School rules state that all guests must be age 20 or under and that middle school students may not attend. ALL Colonial Forge students and their guests must complete the guest contract and are required to abide by all school rules and terms of the contract. Anyone exhibiting disruptive behavior will be removed from the dance, parents will be notified, and NO refunds will be given. Prom is held off-campus. As such, the building and parking lot where the event is held is considered School Board property and is subject to all Stafford County Public Schools rules and regulations.

Parents will not be allowed past the check‐in table; however, they may help earlier in the day with prom set up. All Non‐staff who want to volunteer must be 25 or older and will need to sign up in the Student Activities Office and register online at least a week before the prom (April 9th). Be sure to call Student Activities and leave a daytime phone number so you may be contacted. Please call Student Activities any time before prom to check if you have cleared the background screening (336‐6862).

The 2019 Suncoast High School Prom will be held at the Harriet Himmel Theatre/City Place (700 S Rosemary Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33401) on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM. We ask that you sign and return the contract by Friday, March 15, 2019. Every prom attendee and their parents/guardians must complete the contract. Prom doors open at 7:45 PM. Students will not be allowed in after 9:00 PM. Tickets are on sale on a first come, first served basis online at schoolcashonline.com (ONLY SUNCOAST STUDENT TICKETS MAY BE PURCHASED ONLINE) January 28th – February 15th for $60.00 each; February 16th – March 15th for $75 each. Cash sales and NON-SUNCOAST guest tickets will take place in the Gym Lobby during lunch from March 5th – March 11th for $80 each. Tickets are limited and purchase is based on first come – first served. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AFTER MARCH 15th.
